1 · Who we are
CultXberserk (“we,” “us,” “the studio”) is a small clothing label operating out of Bengaluru, India. We design, hand-number, and ship apparel inspired by Kentaro Miura's Berserk. By buying from us or using this site you agree to the terms below.
2 · The agreement
Placing an order is an offer to buy under these terms. The contract forms only when we email a shipping confirmation. Until then we can cancel and refund without penalty — usually because a piece sold out faster than the page updated.
3 · Pricing & payment
Prices on the site are in INR (₹) inclusive of GST. Secure online payment (UPI, cards, netbanking) is rolling out — until it's live, place your order and our team confirms payment and dispatch with you over email or WhatsApp. We never store card numbers. If a price is an obvious typo, we cancel and refund rather than silently charge you the higher figure.
4 · Hand-numbering & runs
Every garment is hand-numbered 0001 through 0666. When a run sells, it is closed. We do not reprint. We do not restock. Your number is recorded in our register and printed on the leather sigil tag.
5 · Shipping
Orders ship within 3–5 working days from Bengaluru. Tracking is shared by email and WhatsApp. We currently ship across India only — free shipping on every order, no minimum.
6 · Returns
See our Return Policy. Brief version: 15 days for store credit, garment must be unworn with tags attached.
7 · Intellectual property
Berserkis the work of Kentaro Miura and Hakusensha. CultXberserk is an independent fan label. Our designs, brand mark, photography, and copy are our own and protected by copyright. Don't repost product photos as your own; don't lift our prints. Do tag us. We'll repost the wear.
8 · Your account
You are responsible for what happens on an account you create with us. Use a real email — we send your order numbers, drop windows, and repair confirmations there.
9 · Liability
We're a small studio. We will replace, repair, or refund a defective garment quickly. We will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss (lost wages, missed parties, hypothetical resale value, etc.). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
10 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka. Consumer-rights remedies under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 remain available.
11 · Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top reflects when. Material changes are emailed to subscribers. Continued use of the site after an update is acceptance.
