The short version
- 15 days from delivery to start a return.
- Returns are issued as store credit. No cash refunds.
- Credit never expires. Use it on any future drop.
- Garment must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached.
- You pay return shipping. We pay outbound on exchanges across India.
- Final-sale items (archive, sample-sale) can't be returned.
How to return
- Email hello@cultxberserk.com with your order number and the piece(s) you want to send back.
- We'll reply within two working days with a return address and a reference number to write on the parcel.
- Pack the garment with the original sigil tag and any extras. Ship trackable — we can't issue credit for parcels that don't arrive.
- When it lands at the studio and clears inspection (1–3 working days) we issue store credit by email. It applies at checkout on your next order.
Why store credit, not cash
We're a small studio cutting hand-numbered runs. Cash refunds put pressure on our drop financing and end up making the next run more expensive for everyone. Store credit keeps the ledger honest. The credit doesn't expire and you can apply it to anything we make, including future drops.
Damaged or wrong item
That's on us. Send a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and either replace the piece, repair it, or issue a full refund to the original payment method — your call.
Repairs (any time, forever)
Outside the 15-day window? We still repair anything we made. See our repair policy. Tear it, scuff it, blow out the elbow — write to us and we fix it at cost.
Exchanges
Size swap on the same garment within 15 days is free both ways inside the EU. For international, you pay return shipping and we pay outbound. If the size you need is sold out, we issue store credit instead.
